Rental Rates
Sunday-Friday Events:
- 5 hour rental $1,900 (for up to 100 guests)
Saturday Events:
- 5-hour rental-$2,400 (for up to 100 guests)
Add ons:
- Extra hours-$100 per hour
- Extra guests up to 150- $10 per guest
- Marquee Rental-$200
- Bridal Suite-$300
- Groom's Suite- $300
- Sound System-$150
- One-hour rehearsal-$150
PAYMENT TERMS:
The total rental fee is due no later than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled event date. Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card. A late fee of five percent (5%) of the total rental fee will be applied to any payments not received by the due date. For events booked twelve (12) months or more in advance, the full rental fee is due six (6) months prior to the event date.
DEPOSIT:
A deposit of one thousand dollars ($1,000) is required at the time of booking to secure the event date. Of this deposit, five hundred dollars ($500) will be applied toward the total rental fee. The refundable deposit of $500 will be refunded within 3 days following your event, provided the premises are left in the same condition as when rented, and to the satisfaction of Paramount Events.
CANCELLATION:
If Lessee elects to so cancel this agreement on or after the payment due date, Lessee will be charged 50% of the Rental Cost and full deposit is to be kept by the Lessor and considered "non-refundable”.
