Built in 1929 as Pinal County’s first “talking picture” house, the Paramount Theatre is a fully restored 8,000+ sq. ft. Spanish Revival landmark located in the heart of the Downtown Historic District. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it features stunning original details—from its grand curved ceiling and Egyptian Revival accents to its rich velvet drapes and exceptional acoustics, praised by world-renowned performers. Originally built in 1907 as Johnston’s Grocery Store, this charming adobe building has housed a variety of businesses over the decades. Now beautifully restored and thoughtfully updated with modern amenities, it serves as the Landmark Event Center—an elegant, timeless venue perfect for hosting a wide range of gatherings.
